Microsoft 365 built for association records and board continuity.
CTS sets up and manages Microsoft 365 for condominium and HOA associations—secure email, shared mailboxes, organized records, and controlled access that stays with the Association as board members change.

Association Microsoft 365 FAQs
Common questions about shared mailboxes, records, and board turnover.
Is this built for board turnover?
Yes. Shared mailboxes and records are owned by the Association, and access can be added/removed cleanly when board members change.
Do we need licenses for every board member?
Not always. Board access is commonly provided through shared mailboxes, distribution lists, and controlled records access, depending on licensing and needs.
Do you create shared mailboxes like President@ and Treasurer@?
Yes. We set up shared mailboxes and permissions (including Send As/On Behalf) so communications stay with the Association.
Can you organize our association records in SharePoint?
Yes. We build an Association Records library structure with role-based permissions for board and management to curate their files as needed.
Do you provide baseline security like MFA?
Yes. We apply baseline identity and access security (including MFA and Conditional Access where supported by licensing).
Do you support residents or unit owners?
No. Support is for licensed staff users and board access to shared mailboxes, distribution lists, and records sites. Residents are not supported.
How long does setup take?
Setup is typically about two weeks once the project starts, subject to scheduling and receiving required inputs.
Is training included?
Yes. One one-hour in-person session and one one-hour virtual session are typically included, but more can be included in the scope of the project if required.
