Network infrastructure that keeps property systems online.

CTS supports multifamily networks end to end—troubleshooting, new connections, equipment upgrades for speed and reliability, and Wi-Fi planning for changing spaces and technology updates.

COVERAGE ACROSS YOUR NETWORK ENVIRONMENT

Practical network work that improves speed, reliability, and day-to-day support for property systems.

Your network is the backbone for access, cameras, gates, and the technology your building relies on every day.

Standards and Documentation

Label and document so fixes are faster later.

Troubleshooting
  • Cameras going offline or dropping recordings
  • Access control intermittently failing
  • Gates failing after storms or power events
  • Repeat outages tied to one weak component
  • Network closet clutter slowing every service call
  • Dead spots or unstable Wi-Fi in key areas
Projects
  • Adding cameras, doors, or entry devices that need clean network connectivity
  • Remodeling or changing how a space is used (office, clubhouse, amenities)
  • Upgrading equipment for better speed and reliability
  • Standardizing closets so vendor work doesn’t create new problems
  • Replacing aging gear before it becomes an outage

Step 1: Assess

We identify what’s connected, what’s critical, and what keeps failing.

Step 2: Plan

We confirm scope—new connections, upgrades, coverage, and standards.

NETWORK CLOSET CLEANUP THAT SAVES TIME AND MONEY

A clean, labeled closet speeds future repairs and reduces risk during upgrades.

  • Labeling for ports, cables, and critical devices
  • Organized patching and cable management
  • Documented device inventory (what it is and what it supports)
  • Clear “do not unplug” labels for critical systems
  • Before/after documentation for stakeholders

Can you add new network connections for new equipment or updated spaces?

Yes. We add new drops/ports and connections for offices, amenities, cameras, access control, gates, and other equipment.

Do you help upgrade network equipment for speed and reliability?

Yes. We review performance and recommend practical upgrades that improve stability and reduce outages.

Can you help plan Wi-Fi coverage for remodeled areas or new technology?

Yes. We plan coverage based on how spaces are used and what systems need reliable connectivity.

Do you provide internet service or troubleshoot individual residents’ internet issues?

No. CTS does not provide internet service to residents and we do not troubleshoot individual in-unit internet problems. We focus on the building’s shared technology and property systems—such as network infrastructure that supports access control, cameras, gates, and managed community operations.

Will you label and document our network closet?

Yes. Labeling and documentation help fixes last and make future service faster.

Can you coordinate with other vendors?

Yes. We can coordinate with existing vendors when needed, but our goal is for CTS to manage these systems end to end—so responsibilities are clear, issues don’t stall, and you have one accountable partner.

Do you provide network security monitoring?

Yes. For the networks and systems CTS manages, we can provide security-focused monitoring to help detect issues early and reduce risk. Scope depends on your environment and priorities, and we’ll outline what’s included during an assessment or consultation.

Is a site assessment the right first step?

If you have recurring outages, unclear documentation, or are planning upgrades, an assessment is the fastest way to get a clear plan.

Improve network reliability and reduce repeat outages.

Schedule a consultation to troubleshoot issues, upgrade performance, or plan connectivity for updated spaces and new systems.
